On this October 20th, International Chefs Day, we want to celebrate the hard work of our 677 chefs, sous-chefs, and cooks who are part of the great Cage family! Their passion and expertise allow our guests to enjoy a wonderful experience each visit.

We are proud to highlight that our kitchen teams make (almost) everything from scratch. Whether it’s our delicious sauces, desserts, or marinades, they take joy in recreating the recipes established by our corporate chef, Denis Dupuis.

This “homemade” approach not only ensures exceptional quality but also reinforces our commitment to fresh, local ingredients (hello, Quebec produce!). By cultivating this passion for authentic cooking, we ensure that every dish meets our high standards!
